Booking & Payment
Bookings made through this website or via WhatsApp are treated as requests and are confirmed once payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received. Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by tour or transfer and will be communicated at the time of booking. Weather-related cancellations for safety reasons will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Liability
Never Boring Tours® acts as an operator and, where applicable, as an intermediary for third-party services (transportation, excursions, equipment). Participation in any tour or activity is at the guest's own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by applicable law.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow guide and staff instructions at all times for their own safety and that of others. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund in cases of unsafe or disruptive behavior.
